Target is to renovate sell and rent total 4500 m² high standard loft apartments in three stages.

1- First stage to renovate and sell 9 loft apartments total 1776 m2
2- Second stage to renovate and sell 10 loft apartments total 1500 m2
3- Third stage to renovate and rent 30 hotel rooms total 1500 m² 

Target is to build indoor and outdoor training spaces in two stages:

- First stage to build year around indoor tennis, padel courts and gym 800 m2 in existing sport and swimming hall total 3500 m2. Renovate swimming pool and saunas. Build year around entertainment golf range with 30 hitting bays, lounges and bar approx. 600 m2.

Second stage to build outdoor training spaces:

- golf short game and putting areas- outdoor tennis and padel courts
