You have an ownership model available, which is for renting the apartment when the owner himself does not use it.
The best thing is ease and a good return. Our cleaning and maintenance services guarantee that your apartment is always cleaned and ready for use when you arrive. When you don’t use apartment yourself, it generates rental income for you.
You can choose from apartments of different sizes, the size of which varies between 110m2 and 254m2 and they have 2-5 bedrooms. When you invest in an apartment already in the construction phase, you have the opportunity to influence room solutions and material choices.
